Sales Engineer
The incumbent will source, qualify and develop new sales accounts; service existing sales accounts; negotiate tooling, pricing, etc. with customers; develop annual sales plans; and act as a program manager for new customers and programs. Travel, as required.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to read blueprints. Strong oral and written communication skills. Organization and presentation skills essential. Strong sales track record to include a minimum of four successful years of related experience.
 
Final Operations
Job Duties:
1. Inspects castings using part-specific gauges, fixtures and borescope, when required.

2. Loads castings into Acid-Etch baskets and operate hoist to move castings through procedure.

3. Straightens castings.

4. Pressure tests castings.

5. Cleans castings for final inspection by using appropriate hand tools.

6. Loads castings on shotblast machine. Shakes excess shot from castings when required.

7. Performs visual inspection of castings and may separate nonconforming product.

8. Operates stretch wrap machine.

9. Boxes and bands product for shipment.

10. May operate forklift and prime mover.

Foundry Casting Cleaning
Position may involve working in any or all of the below functions:

1. Saw Duties:
Performs all saw maintenance, as identified by supervisor.
Removes gates and risers, per part-specific work instructions.
Cleans up around saw area at the end of each shift.
Saws scrap into small pieces for ease of handling.

2. Bench Cleaning Duties
Removes flash, burrs and excessive material from castings.
Checks castings for welds. Cleans welds.
Places castings in heat treat baskets.

3. Back Stand Grinding – Grinds castings using back stand grinder. Inspects castings for foundry and cleaning defects.

4. Core Knockout Machine- Operates core knockout machine to remove the cores from the castings that have been molded in the molding operations.

5. Removes empty gate carts from work area.

Qualifications:
1. Good attendance and work record.

2. High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

3. Ability to read and understand English.

4. Ability to work with a variety of hand tools.

5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

CNC PM Clean
Job Duties:
1. Adjusts programs for the machining of manufactured products on CNC equipment, ensuring efficiency in production of customer orders. Optimizes current CNC programs for more efficient machine capabilities. Reviews computer printouts to assure accuracy of machine instructions. Observes operation of machine on trial runs to prove programmed instructions. Revises program to eliminate instruction errors or omissions. Writes operator set-up instructions and cutter lists to guide set-up and operation of machine.

2. Distributes and maintains work center copies of set-up instructions, tool sheets, program manuscripts, offset sheets,part prints, traveler, tool change log and production run log. Retrieves, catalogs and stores information and documents upon completion of jobs. Refers to fixture designs or existing fixtures for part presentations, tool clearance and locating considerations.

3. Executes new job start ups, from manufactured casting to machine casting within customer requirements. Coordinates general, part specific and set up work instructions. Accountable for all PTCR changes on part specific and set up work instructions.

4.Obtains and moves specified fixtures to work station, manually or utilizing a hoist, and secures fixture to machine. Pulls shop packet/router for scheduled jobs. Retrieves fixtures, related equipment and tools from the storage area. Mounts fixtures/ tools into the machine. Sets controls, according to the work instruction specifications. Starts and operates machine to ensure proper function.

5. Cleans, lubricates, and maintains CNC machines and robotic cells on a regular schedule, according to manufacturers recommendations. Performs minor repairs and/or replaces parts on the machines. Troubleshoots machines prior to production.

6. Utilizes various milling machines to remove gating, bringing castings up to customer specifications. Ensure that machines are programmed correctly to perform each step in the process. Removes any sand or metal from the machine platform with air hose. Ensure datum pins are set correctly, as required. Loads castings into machines safely, by manually lifting or utilizing a hoist. Pushes casting in certain directions, according to work instructions. Operates levers for hydraulic clamps, locking castings into place. Starts machine and monitors control panel during cycle. Removes casting at end of cycle, tilts casting to drain excess fluid and sets on drain table. Dumps excess chips into proper recycle bins.

7. Operates Kuka machine, performing a variety of operations in the clean up of castings. Changes tools using proper gauges, according to work instructions. Sets machine controls, as required. Inspects casting prior to loading into the machine. Starts and monitors machine during the cycle. Maintains tool log to document tools wear/breakage. Cleans Kuka machine daily and weekly, according to specific PM instructions.

8. Documents production issues to assist first shift production and the department supervisor.

9. Trains and monitors staff working on department machinery.

10. Serves as a backup to sick or vacationing lead or department supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1-2 years experience in program writing for CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.

2. Advanced knowledge of CNC machines and Machining Language Codes (ASCI, G&M Codes).

3. Knowledge of foundry cleaning operations.

4. Strong computer programming skills.

5. Intermediate math skills.

6. Strong blueprint reading skills.

7. Strong mechanical skills.

8. Strong problem solving skills.

9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

7. May perform basic equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:
1. Experience in Die Cast preferred.

1. Troubleshoots and repairs machine electrical/electronics.

5. Designs and plumbs hydraulic/pneumatic circuits.

6. Troubleshoots and repairs machine mechanics.

9. Performs preventative maintenance on machines.

10. Installs and starts up machines.

11. Identifies and provides machine requirements.

12. Executes proper safety procedures.

14. Provides HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other miscellaneous facility needs. Includes repair to support equipment like lawn mowers and forklifts.

Qualifications:
1. Seven to ten years experience as electro-mechanical maintenance mechanic; or equivalent experience.

2. Experience with Allen Bradley PLC.

3. High school diploma or GED.

4. Prefer Associates degree or Certificate in maintenance.

5. Prefer a Journeyman Electrician.

6. Knowledge of basic relay logic.

7. Knowledge of rigging and movement techniques.

8. Knowledge of facilities maintenance and repair operations.

9. HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.

Job Duties:
1. Operate various core making machines.

2. Cleans and inspects core machines.

3. Cleans and assembles cores throughout the core clean and assemble process.

4. Completes SPC charts and scrap reports of cores.

5. Keeps accurate core counts.

6. Cleans vents in core boxes.

7. Completes shop packet and router paperwork.

8. Mixes mud compound and applies to core for core repairs.

9. Applies core wash to cores.

10. Drills holes in cores for vents and cuts cores, as required.

Qualifications:
